VACANCY DESCRIPTION

The position will be based in the USA, reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer – North America.

 

  • A hands-on partner to VP of Ops, CEO, COO and Senior Management Team
  • Manage all aspects expected of an Operations Coordinator
  • Implement processes, controls, and systems to grow the business
  • Actively participate in Continuous Improvement exercises to streamline the business
  • Day to day support of both the field technician team and customer points of contact

 Major duties & responsibilities

  • Business Partner to the CEO, COO and Energy Operations Team
  • Work closely with the UK operations and recruiting team
  • Assist in the preparation of Monthly and Quarterly Management Reports
  • Booking required training for technician team, ensuring compliance to training program
  • Provide monthly KPI information
  • Resource planning, management, and coordination between customers and field team
  • Vehicle management
  • Work closely with regional finance team
  • Liaise with customer project managers and support personnel
  • Daily support of Operational and Technician activities
  • Expense card review and processing
  • Assist in the development and management of real time resource plan
  • Travel itinerary planning for technician base
  • Develop region-based processes to streamline business operations
  • Assist in the onboarding of new technicians

Requirements

  • 2–4-year University Degree preferred
  • 5-6 years field service support experience
  • Experience managing a large pool of distributed technician resources
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
  • Currently working with a company that deals Internationally (preferable)
  • Experience in Labor Services and/or the Power Generation & Renewables industry would be an advantage
  • PMP certification or working towards a PMP certification would be an advantage
